Agricultural-related Loans and Rural Revitalization—Data from Yunnan Province

The No.1 Document of the Central Government was officially released recently, calling for continuous investment financial and social capital in agriculture rural areas. Based on Yunnan Province, starting from five contents revitalization strategy, this paper selects 17 secondary indicators to construct comprehensive index meanwhile, constructs agriculture-related loan dimensions scale efficiency. On basis, relationship between these two indices is investigated empirically. results show that level Province continues improve, input level, efficiency loans all positively impact development revitalization, among which effect most significant. At same time, also has a positive industrial prosperity, basic requirement revitalization.
